Big week for inkjet as Ricoh, Kyocera, Screen announce new cut-sheet printers

The rise of inkjet beyond wide format continues with 3 companies announcing new cut-sheet devices. Ricoh has started shipping its ProZ75 B2 format inkjet press into Europe, rivaling Konica Minolta's existing Accuriojet K1e B2 press while Kyocera and Screen have partnered on an A3 device that uses special inks to deliver offset quality on standard coated stocks.

Roland DG formalises entry into the digitally printed Wallpaper Market with UAB Dimense share purchase

Roland DG Corporation has formally announced the acquisition of shares in UAB Dimense print, a subsidiary of UAB VEIKA, a Lithuanian manufacturer and vendor of wallpaper-related products. The Dimense machine was released at PacPrint 2022 by Dimense Australia of Dandenong, Victoria.
