Starleaton administration - next meeting 15th March to vote on DOCA or Liquidation

The Administrators of Starleaton Holdings and SDS Bidco, Cathro Partners, will reconvene the adjourned 2nd meeting of creditors on Friday 15th March, for the purpose of creditors voting on whether to accept the DOCA (Deed of Company Arrangement), proposed by one of the directors, or to Liquidate the companies. The company will use its 40th year to continue its legacy and introduce exciting new products in large format printing, projectors, office and industrial printing. Epson Australia has achieved numerous milestones over the last 40 years which include currently being recognised as the number one brand in Australia for projectors, large format printers, thermal receipt printers and consumer ink tank printers.

Epson Australia is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seiko Epson Corporation that represents over 80 years of Japanese craftmanship, engineering and environmental excellence.
