ASGA is offering PacPrint visitors the chance to win a 12-month free membership by providing a new or updated listing for the national signage association’s free Sign Industry Directory. ASGA has a busy Day One schedule lined up at PacPrint, with an afternoon forum session on changes to the National Construction code before the presentation of the HP 2022 National Sign & Graphics Awards on Tuesday night.
There will be forum sessions each day in the PacPrint Forum Theatre and ASGA's session will take place at 2.00pm - 2.45pm on Tuesday 28 June.
The topic will be Changes to the National Construction Code and how it affects Signage, which will be covered as a panel discussion.
The panel will consist of: Glenn Hain (ASGA Risk & Compliance Advisor), Mick Harrold (ASGA President) and Callan Laughton (In-Signs). The discussion will be facilitated by Julie Rochester (ASGA Director) and will cover the latest updates regarding the fire ratings of substrates including the recent changes in VIC:
- Fire Compliance requirements of materials that can be used in external signage including options, solutions, acrylic challenges.
- Changes which are now being enforced regarding light emissions from external signs.

ASGA will also take part in the ‘Industry Roundtable Across Skills & Training Forum Session’ to be held on Wednesday 29th June 2022, 5pm-6pm.

A record 478 entries have been received from Townsville to Perth, and even New Zealand - across 22 categories for the HP 2022 National Sign & Graphics Awards - the highest number since the event started in 2008.
The awards dinner will be held at the Aviary Crown, Crown Melbourne on Tuesday, 28 June, 2022 (6:30-11.30pm). Australian stand-up comedian, actor, TV and radio presenter, Dave Thornton will emcee the evening.
