The team at Total Image Supplies is excited about installing the Mutoh XpertJet 1462UF as a pure demonstration unit in its showroom. Apart from Mutoh itself in Sydney, it's the first one only for demonstrations in Australia.
Supplier demonstrations of new technology are so much more convenient in a closed environment. Looking at equipment installed at other printer's sites can be problematical and travelling overseas or interstate is time-consuming and expensive. Having access to a working machine inside a supplier's premises is ideal and also enables test jobs to be run in privacy. 
Unboxed! The XPJ1462 arriving
Since its launch, the Mutoh XpertJet 1462UH has shaken up to DTO market, with its large bed, high 150mm print height and robust Japanese-built Mutoh engineering. Many have already been installed by Total Image Supplies and other dealers in Australia, with 100% glowing reviews.
Why the Mutoh XPJ 1462UF is so important
A larger version of Mutoh's very successful A3+ and B3+ DTO printers, the XPJ461UF and XPJ661UF, the XPJ 1462UF presents a significant productivity invrease with its large 1420mm x 700mm print area. This means that more jobs can be 'ganged up' and larger signage jobs - including braille - can be undertaken.
As an object UV printer, it can print on almost anything - phone covers, notebook covers, keyrings, promotional product items, evenbottle tops and coffee capsules. The inks are Greenguard Gold certified and to cap it off, the XPJ1462UV was awarded 'best DTO printer' by the European Digital Press association, during May's FESPA Berlin global print expo.
