*this year, winners of the Ricoh Australia Women in Industry and Konica Minolta Emerging Talent Major Awards will also receive a fully funded trip to the Power of Print conference in London, UK this November
For those award entries already received, judging has already commenced, with a new judging system in place for 2025 that sees a multi-phase judging platform to enhance governance and transparency.
Visual Media Association CEO, Kellie Northwood, says: “Each entry is being carefully reviewed by a minimum of four judges, using a consistent scoring matrix, applied across four key criteria – quality and craftsmanship, creativity in production, innovation in production, and effectiveness and the 'X-factor.”
Judging and Gala Dinner
The Judging Panel is yet to be named but NPA entrants will be evaluated by a select panel and the Visual Media Association (VMA) board of directors, comprising: Kevin Pidgeon, Lithocraft, Vic., Stuart Fysh, The Label Factory, WA, Tony Bertrand, Ball & Doggett, National and Kirsty Woodhead, Breen Printing, Vic.
Finalists will be announced in the coming weeks, with winners revealed at the National Print Awards Gala Dinner at DOLTONE HOUSE, Darling Island Wharf, in Sydney, 22nd May 2025. Gala Dinner table pricing will be announced shortly.
