Nigel Davies, President of FESPA Australia, says: “Our program has three clear objectives. First to elevate participants’ leadership skills through world-class coaching techniques. Second, to foster meaningful connections and networks among diverse leaders both locally and internationally. And third, to deepen participants’ understanding of the industry while providing a platform to engage in discussion on the critical issues facing our future.”

This year’s emerging leaders’ cohort includes: Sonya Beers (IVE Group), Hussain Balwany (Vivad), Renee Kingman (Signs And Lines), Luke Lambourne (SS Signs), Karen Lawler (Cactus Imaging), Nicole Lemke (Sign Effects), Chris Nash (The Print Factory), Sharlene Peyroux (Coritex), Kuldeep Sharma and Phong Vu (Mimaki), Meena Thanakamonnan (HVG), Tess Van Vloten (Ball & Doggett), Brett Wark (Smartech) and Tien Watson (Imagebox Group). Two of these leaders will ultimately be chosen to represent FESPA Australia at FESPA Global Print Expo (19th to 22nd May 2026, Fira de Barcelona, Spain).

Acknowledging the FESPA Australia 2025 Leaders Program sponsors - Diamond Sponsor - Orafol, Gold Sponsors - Durst and Easy Signs, Silver Sponsors - Cactus Imaging, IVE Group, Mimaki & Vivad, and Bronze Sponsors - HVG Graphics Media and Ball & Doggett, Davies adds: “The FESPA Australia Annual Conference itself, continues to be an excellent platform for leaders to participate and express their ideas on themes such as transformational leadership and youth engagement and I encourage people to register today.”
