Gerber users will be keen to learn that Gerber Scientific Products Inc. in the US have formed the Graphics Solutions Business team.
The team comprises Gerber professionals and will concentrate on Gerber's Matched Technology System, the Gerber EDGE, OMEGA software package, and Gerber's line of plotters, routers, films and foils.
"There is an awareness in our marketplace that Gerber has great digital products like the Gerber Solara ion and the M Series cutters, but we want to make sure customers also remember the fantastic line of products Gerber has had for some time. We want customers to know that we are adding new features and new consumables to these tried and true products so we can better address their changing needs and increase their profitability," said Jay Dorman, global director of graphics business solutions.
