Trisha will handle the parts and service function for the wide ranging list of printer and preprint suppliers serviced by the company.
In addition she is currently overseeing the upgrading of existing service management systems in the company’s Head Office. 
“We place a great deal of emphasis on the high standard of service provided to our customers and the current program of system upgrades being rolled out under Trisha’s supervision will enhance this even further” said DES Director of Sales, Russell Cavenagh.
On a personal note, Trisha was instrumental in the establishment of the Adam Gardiner Foundation at Sydney's Westmead Hospital and supported by DES. Established for her husband who died some years ago of a wasting disease, the Westmead Amyloidosis Centre is the first of its kind in Australia.
