Mimaki will showcase the impressive eco-friendly attributes of its JV400-LX and UJF-3042 systems at EcoPrint 2012.
The company will also use the show to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to sustainability. EcoPrint is a sustainability-based trade show. The event runs from September 26 – 27, and is being staged in Berlin, Germany. Mimaki can be found at booth 3-21.
Mimaki is particularly keen to support EcoPrint because the show shares its passion for creating more sustainable print environments. The company achieved the ISO 14001 accreditation in 2009, and is committed to developing sustainable systems and implementing independent environmental standards. All Mimaki activities are underpinned by a company-wide commitment to decreasing its environmental footprint and changing the ways we print today.
The Mimaki products that will be shown at EcoPrint include:
UJF-3042
This desktop UV flatbed system has a small environmental footprint and features long-life, energy-efficient LED curing. With this versatile printer printers can print on many different substrates ranging from iPhone cases to glass and metal. The UJF-3042 is one of the most successful UV flatbed printers worldwide generating sustainable output for a wide variety of markets.
JV400-LX
A revolutionary inkjet printer that combines the flexibility of a low CO2 footprint and high quality printing. The Mimaki Latex offering allows for a lower curing temperature and therefore enables print service providers to print on a greater selection of substrates. The Mimaki Latex inks have received full HAPS certification and contain no pollutants. Prints exiting the printer are completely dry and ready for immediate post-processing. Mimaki Latex is just one of the environmental solutions the company has to offer.
Mike Horsten, Marketing Manager of Mimaki Europe and EcoPrint Ambassador, comments: “We’re very excited about playing a major role at EcoPrint Berlin. The event is the ideal backdrop to show how Mimaki is doing everything it can to ensure a more sustainable future and make the world a better place to live in.
“We’re looking forward to demonstrating our environmentally-friendly systems, and showing delegates how they can create a more sustainable print infrastructure without compromising print price, production speed or quality.”
