Durst Group to merge with Italian Aleph SrL in 2025

The Durst Group is merging with Aleph SrL and is in the final phase of a process that should complete by the end of 2025. Aleph will be fully integrated into the Durst Group, and Durst Como (in northern Italy) is planned to emerge as a new centre of excellence for digital textile printing.
